Thomas Holden is a school teacher and certified CrossFit instructor. He belives in personalized fitness plans that focus on building strength and confidence to help you live your best life outside the gym.
Hold-On Fitness had a humble beginning in the summer of 2019. Our first group classes were held outdoors at a basketball court in Lafayette Street Park in Cape May, NJ. The group started small and began to grow every year. Now, we have our own studio in Rio Grande, NJ.

No Sweat Intro
Your No Sweat Intro will focus 100% on you.
We want to hear about you, your past experiences and what you're looking to accomplish. You'll learn our foundational movements in a safe, effective environment with a dedicated coach. After your intro, you'll be ready to transition into our group classes.
What's next?
Group Fitness Classes
Join our community in a variety of high-energy, strength-building workouts. We offer classes year-round in our studio as well as outdoor classes in the summer.
