Thomas Holden is a local teacher and CrossFit Level 1 Instructor

If you are looking to improve your fitness, lose weight, get nutrition coaching, increase your cardio endurance, are looking for fun intense workouts in an encouraging environment these classes will be great for you. The goal is to help people feel better and improve your life outside the gym. The workouts are for everyone to build strength and confidence.

The Truck

The mobile gym was the idea that started it all for me. I re-purposed an old US Postal truck with all the equipment I needed to bring variety and functional fitness to the workouts. It's packed with everything I could fit into it you would find in a gym or Box. 

The Classes

I started the outdoor fitness classes in the summer of 2019 and loved every minute of it. Being able to help people and watch them realize what they are capable of was an amazing experience and the best part of the summer. Now, for the winter, we moved inside at Cape May City Elementary School. The classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday nights with small groups that can help you focus on your goals and individual needs with personal training, nutrition coaching, and group classes.
